This machine is designed specifically for the fully-automatic production of bags made from PP-Polypropylene woven leno and/or HDPE-High Density Polyethylene raschel knitted fabrics. The Model PFS-6880 is designed for standard 10 lb (5 kgm) or smaller bags, for the packaging of fruits and vegetables.
Net production at normal rates of efficiency is of approx. 1,800 bags per hour.

The fabric, with or without a previously laminated label, is supplied to the machine in rolls. The machine cuts the fabric to length, folds and sews the side and bottom seams. The finished bag is stacked at the exit of the machine. See layout sketch.
